Dominador Pulido Payumo alyas Bobong ~ pusher / selling illegal drugs in Ampid 1 San Mateo Rizal

After compliance with the procedure required by RA 9165 respecting proper coordination with the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) SPO4 Glenn accompanied by SPO2 Echavez, a media representative from Remate Partilla and an informant and while acting as poseur buyer went to Barangay Ampid 1 San Mateo, Rizal to transact with the said alias Bobong (Dominador Payumo). However upon arriving at the house where their subject could be found, alias Bobong could not be found therein until SPO4 Glenn took notice of a man therein (Dominador Payumo) and decided to transact a sale of illegal drugs with him for a consideration of Php 1,000.00. After the consummation of the sale, witness SPO4 Glenn introduced himself as a police officer and arrested the man. The drugs sold and possessed by Dominador Payumo turned positive to the test for shabu.
